上からビー玉を入れると右か左へ分かれます。下でさらに分かれます。
4つの出口から順に出てパイプに当たります。

Marbles are rolling.They go to four exits.Marbles make hit sound in the pipe.
120度の3枚の羽がビー玉を分けます。
8年前の"Urusaisu"で考えたメカですが、前に同じ物を新聞で見ました。
雨量計だったかに使われているそうです。
3 sheets of wings have the relations of an angle 120 degrees.
This divides a marble in the left-right direction.
仕組みは下の図を見れば簡単にわかるでしょう。
ビー玉が落ちると向かって右に流れます。
次のビー玉が落ちると向かって左に流れます。
たまにビー玉が跳ねて羽を戻すことがあります。また詰まる事も。
その方が流れが変わっておもしろいのです。
今回は試作をかねて簡単に作りました。これを少し大掛かりにした作品を考えています。
ビー玉は普通直径17mm位ですが精度は低いです。
今回のように落とすだけならいいのですが複雑系では使いにくいです。
パイ20mmの金属球もあるのですが重さが負荷を大きくします。
This wing sometimes rebounds, and it is returned to the former position.
Therefore, the flow of the marbles changes, too.
This work is a prototype.
